Collaboration with your attorney
Release of Information Requirement
As part of the immigration evaluation process, it is mandatory for clients to sign a Release of Information form. This ensures that I can communicate and coordinate directly with your attorney to provide the necessary documentation and information relevant to your case.
This collaboration allows me to:
-
Clarify legal requirements and align the evaluation with the specifics of your case.
-
Share the completed report and any additional findings.
-
Address any questions or requests from your attorney related to the evaluation.
Your confidentiality and privacy remain a priority, and all shared information will be handled in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
